We want you to be happy with your order. If something's wrong, we'll fix it.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if your item is:
- Damaged on arrival
- Defective or not working
- Not as described
- The wrong item
How to request:
1. Message us on WhatsApp at +923229446988 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Send your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem. An unboxing video helps.
3. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or refund once we've received and checked the item.
